SITES ARE ACTUALLY "REGULATION SIZE" AND ALL ARE CONNECTED TO A COVERED WALKWAY - IDEAL WEATHER PROTECTION - WET OR FINE!

While we have established facilities for around 150 people, we only have 16 power sites (in five acres of grounds) and rarely have more than 50 people staying with us! So - there is no queing for toilets, showers, laundry.

Every site has power, water and waste disposal, is separated from the next by a hedge and is connected by a "carpeted" covered walkway to an amenity block with superior facilities. No need to walk for hundreds of meters across open land in the rain or heat - you will be parked, virtually under cover!

To create this park, an Engineer and Landscape Architect provided the detailed design expertise and visits to Holiday Parks in New Zealand, Australia and the United States elicited more ideas. Consultation with van owners, both during the building process and since, has added to the overall result.

Some "Pull-through" sites, catering for vehicles of any size, even large buses towing cars behind them, so that these big vans can keep "going straight ahead" without the need to reverse.

The park does not cater for permanent residents nor for tents and has no cabins or motels; we have specialised in a park for vans alone!
